We have many cleaning items listed including record cleaning machines, cloths, brushes, and a variety of solutions to select from. The most common question asked is which cleaner is right for me. The answer depends entirely on what condition your records are in, what you will be doing with your records(recording to CD or tape, or playing for enjoyment), how much you want to spend, and lastly, how motivated you are. The ultimate cleaners are of course the Vacuum Record Cleaners (RCM-Record Cleaning Machines). They do a terrific job and can improve both the listening and the visual grade of a record. They are purchased by record collectors and audiophiles. Audiophiles like to pre-clean the record prior to using a RCM with a variety of record cleaning solutions. The Last Product Line is popular with audiophiles that do not use the RCM. The Spin Clean Record Washer is popular with record dealers and record collectors on a budget. The Spin Clean does wash records and does a super job of cleaning although it is not the most attractive looking accessory. The Discwasher System is also popular with record collectors that do not want to invest alot of time and money to clean records and do care about having clean records. The basic cleaning solution and cloths are for anyone that has a few records to clean ( less than 100) and may pick up a record here and there.
